OUR PROCESS
At Sepal Design, we will provide you with an in-depth and personalised experience when organising your wedding flowers with us. We will collate a proposal to include mood boards, plans and pricing, along with hand drawn illustrations of your personal wedding flowers.
1. Let's Talk
This is an opportunity to talk about your ideas for the perfect wedding. We are offering a 1 to 1 personalised consultation at a time of your choice in our lovely shop, no commitment, no charge.
We will confirm times, places and schedules for the big day, as well as discuss all of your initial ideas and plans.
2. Developing your ideas
During our initial consultation, we will discuss your ideas, make suggestions and offer options for you to consider.
3. Visualise
After your consultation, you will promptly receive a fully costed and detailed proposal by email. This will consist of your ideas for colours and flowers, mood boards, hand drawn illustrations of your bridal bouquet and other personal flowers, and suggestions regarding any arrangements discussed.
4. Finalise
Please feel free to amend and discuss with us until you’re fully satisfied. When you are happy with our proposal, we will confirm your requirements and your booking.
5. Let's stay in touch
Please keep us informed of any changes or developments in your plans. We can always adapt.
